RETURNS:

Due to potential contamination risks, we do not accept returns unless product(s) are damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Such products will then be eligible for an exchange only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges by mail may be processed for damaged, defective, or the wrong item (s). A photo of the item(s) must be submitted to blossombeautysupply@yahoo.com within 3 days from the date of receipt for the determination of exchange eligibility by owner. Regrettably, we do not offer paid return labels, therefore the customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Absolutely no refunds will be given on any purchase. Items may only be exchanged if eligible.

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are not processed on holidays or Sundays.

Because we know how important it is that your crown is slayed, it may take an additional 3-4 business days to receive your luxury natural textured extensions to allow for proper examination and processing of the hair.
